We enjoyed the property. Unfortunately we had some issues with the front desk. When we checked in she asked did we want a midweek cleaning and would Wednesday between 1-5 work and we agreed. We made a point of being out of the apt and when we returned nothing had been done. They told us we were scheduled for Thurs. Their mistake. We said to just forget it since we were leaving on Sat. Also we scheduled the beach shuttle
and received a message that stated the wrong meeting time. The shuttle driver was very kind and let us get on anyway. Their mistake. When we checked out and asked how was our stay my husband politely mentioned both incidences and got NO reply not even an apology. We feel very disappointed in Hyatt and will probably not book with them anywhere again. It kind of spoiled our anniversary trip.

The hotel and staff were great! The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a trip with children. Great location with a quick drive to shops and the beach is awesome.

The place was fabulous!!! Everyone was fabulous! Only issue was that the adult pool was not just adults. Parents would leave their kids in it and they would yell and splash.

Room and staff were great. Weird check in policy wouldn’t allow us to use our keys til next morning.

Clean, modern and amenities were top notch. The pools, gym, saunas and entire facility was very relaxing. Definitely will visit again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Coconut Cove in Bonita Springs. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Sam at the front desk, which immediately set the tone for a fantastic visit. The property is beautiful, clean, and relaxing—exactly what you want for a Florida getaway. Everything from the rooms to the amenities was top-notch.
A special shoutout to Adonis at the bar—he was amazing! Friendly, attentive, and incredibly talented, he truly made our experience unforgettable. His great attitude and excellent service went above and beyond and added a personal touch that made our stay even better.
We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this Hyatt to anyone visiting the area!

Property was very well kept and maintained. All of the staff very pleasant, friendly, helpful. We can’t wait to come back and bring the kids and grand kids.

Room was very clean and fresh! Staff was amazing and very courteous. Bar tender Adonis was outstanding! 5 stars!
